Reviews
We do not have any yet. Here is the honest version of why that is, and why yours would matter more than you might think.
No reviews, and we are not going to fake any
SnapHaul is brand new. Every established hauler in Ohio has hundreds of reviews and we are starting from zero, which is the hardest part of starting.
A review takes about thirty seconds and decides whether the next person in your town takes a chance on us.
Tell the truth. If something went wrong, say that too — we would rather fix it than hide it.
You will notice there are no testimonials on this website, no star rating in the search results and no badge claiming a score we have not earned. That is deliberate. Every one of those is trivial to invent, plenty of new businesses do invent them, and we would rather you were able to trust the things we do say.

$25 off your job for our first 25 customers
- Book any job over $150 and take $25 off the price on the spot.
- The discount is applied when we finish — it is not conditional on leaving a review, and it is not conditional on the review being positive.
- If you are happy with the work, an honest Google review is the single most useful thing you can do for a new local business.
To be completely clear: the discount is for booking early, not for leaving a review, and definitely not for leaving a good one. Paying for positive reviews is against Google's policies and it is the fastest way for a new business to get its profile suppressed. Tell the truth — a four-star review with a specific detail is worth more to us than a vague five-star one anyway.
How to leave one
-
01
Tap the review button
It opens Google straight on our profile with the review box already up. No searching, no account hunting.
-
02
Give it a star rating
Whatever you actually thought. One tap.
-
03
Say one specific thing
What we took, whether we showed up when we said, whether the price matched the quote. One sentence beats five generic ones.
Tell us before you tell Google
Not because we want to head off a bad review — leave it if you want to, and we will not ask you to take it down. But if something is fixable we would rather fix it. Call (614) 589-1920 and it goes to someone who can actually do something about it, not a ticket queue.
Pick up the phone and it is handled.
Two minutes on a call gets you a firm price and a slot. No call-out fee, no obligation, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
